Mist
Cooling System [MCS] is a Revolutionary System essential
to cool large quantities of hot water, say from 45 deg.C to
less than 30 deg.C., making Conventional Spray System / Cooling
Towers Obsolete.
Mist Type Condensing System [MTAT]:
The effect of MCS is doubled by introducing MIST CREATORS in
condensers, replacing conventional whirler nozzles! The finely
atomized particles (MIST) condense vapour instantly requiring
vastly reduced quantity of cold water. Reduction of specific
volume of vapour is achieved much faster and thus higher vacuum
is achieved.
MCS+MTAT: An Ingenious Energy
Saving Device. MCS & MTAT save about 33 to 50 percent of energy
used in entire Condensing & Cooling System. The Systems work
absolutely maintenance free and without any breakdowns. No make-up
water is required. Due to automatic oxidation, quality of injection
water remains considerably fair and replacements are not required.
Thus, MCS & MTAT has found application not only in Sugar factories
but in other industries also where very high vacuum of 700 mm
Hg (28" Vacuum) is required. Sugar factories going in for co-generation,
with a view to sell surplus power to other industries or public
supply grids, shall be required to install condensing-type turbo-generators
and MCS-MTAT Systems offers the most efficient and economical
system of maintaining hi-vacuum on exhaust stream! |
