Mist Cooling System [MCS] is a Revolutionary System essential to cool large quantities of hot water say from 45°C to less than 30°C. with an approach of 0 to 1°C, making Conventional Spray System / Cooling Towers obsolete. MCS finds application in all types of Process Industries & Power Plants where cooling water plays an important role in the process. MCS saves Energy up to 25% to 30% and gives trouble free operation over a long period of time.

MCS has proven to be more efficient than Cooling Tower (CT) system. It brings down the water temperature to the most desired level irrespective of the environmental conditions. MCS is absolutely maintenance free as it has no moving parts and it operates with a choke less design. The Pay Back period of the MCS will be less than ONE  year.

MCS is offered in 2 variants to match the need of the industry : Closed Pond and Open Pond.
Approach to WBT in case of Open pond is 0 to 1°C while the same is 2.5°C in case of closed pond design where MCS pond is covered by louver type sheeting up to a height of 6 mtrs. Above pond wall. Top remains open.

Closed pond is adopted when there is shortage of water or space which is generally the case for power plants where approach of  2.5°C is satisfactory. Drift loss in case of open pond is 0.1% while in case of closed pond it is less than 0.05%.
