This is similar to the phenomenon of formation of hailstone when rainwater reaches temperatures much lower than wet-bulb.

MCS simulates nature and temperature as low as wet bulb temperature is achieved.

This is just not possible in conventional spray or cooling towers - where ultimate temperatures are 5-7°C higher than prevailing wet-bulb temperatures.
