The effect of MCS is doubled by introducing Mist Creators
in Condensers replacing
conventional whirler nozzles! The finely atomized particles
(MIST) condense vapours instantly, requiring vastly reduced
quantity of cold water. Reduction of specific volume of vapour
is achieved much faster and higher vacuum is thus obtained.

The Cooler temperatures of NON-CONDENSIBLES result in reduction
of volume to less than 50% of conventional System. This makes
it easier for the jets to eject the non-condensibles. Quantities
of water required are thus less in both :
a) Vapour Condensing
b) Ejection of Non-condensibles
