Mist Type Condensers are available in two versions -

1] MULTITASKING-AT CONDENSERS (MTAT):

The System as adopted in conventional Multispray Multijet ejector condensers - similar to SCHUTE CORTING type, Rain and Shower, Barometric - can be converted to multitasking system by replacing spray nozzles with Mist Creators and ejector nozzles with stainless steel pencil beam design shooters. MCS lower temperature water is supplied to Mist Creator on MULTITASKING-AT CONDENSERS. Direct hot water is recirculated to pencil beam shooters specially designed to work at any temperature of ejector water. This system results in minimizing the flow of water to MCS.

2] MTAT SINGLE ENTRY CONDENSER:

This is the latest design developed at our R&D where water consumption is very low as compared to other condensers. Here too, Mist Creators are installed inside the Condenser resulting in faster Condensation of vapours. Desired Vacuum is achieved in no time. Condenser size is also 75% smaller as compare to Multi-tasking type condensers making this a more economical option.
